A view of Shepton Mallet station looking south from the footbridge towards Evercreech New. The photo is believed to have been taken in summer 1962.

The photo shows the Up and Down sidings, goods yard, goods shed, signalbox, Down platform waiting shelter and part of the Up-side station buildings. The bridge in the distance carries the Great Western Witham-Yatton line.
