Description

BR Standard Class 9F No. 92206 (built 1959) – with 82F (Bath Green Park) shedplate – heads the northbound Pines Express of 10 carriages along the sweeping curve near Milldown, north of Blandford.

The loco is not shown as having been officially allocated to Bath Green Park but 92203-92206 were sent to Bath Green Park for the summer through services in 1960 and other Class 9Fs were also used on through services in 1961-62.
