A fresh look at Ivo Peters’ film which formed Volume 5 in the VHS video series “The Ivo Peters Collection.”

Here all the material has been remastered in its entirety and includes some previously unseen footage. There is a new commentary by Ivo Peters’ son, Julian.

Steam in 1960 – 9F trial on the Somerset & Dorset, The Lickey Incline, Bass Worthington Brewery at Burton-on-Trent, Deeley Dock tanks at Gloucester Docks, Swindon Works, “City of Truro” and the Caledonian Single No.123 at Bristol, the inaugural run of the Blue Pullman, Vanguard in Poole Park, Eastleigh Works, Buckhorn Weston Tunnel. Centenary celebrations at Exeter Central, the Axminster to Lyme Regis branch, Havant to Hayling Island branch and the Yatton to Clevedon line.
