Over the past two months, a wagon team from the West Somerset Railway have been using our workshop extension at Washford for the repainting of two open wagons with a military background. These are being made ready for the military train, one of the highlights for the Spring Gala and also an event in the Autumn.
The four volunteers finished their work on Tuesday 27th February and pushed the two wagons into the open ready for collection and transfer back to Minehead. They were photographed on Wednesday… before the snow came!
