Ex-SR rebuilt Bulleid ‘West Country’ class 4-6-2 locomotive No. 34010 ‘Sidmouth’ (allocated to 70A Nine Elms shed) Up ‘Bournemouth Belle’ Pullman passenger service leaving Bournemouth West with SR headcode no. 14 (Waterloo & Bournemouth West, train reporting no. 299), passing Bournemouth West carriage sidings. Saturday 14 July 1962.
The train is just starting to head up the now-dismantled east chord of the triangle.
