Description

The DVD opens with the locomotove “Silver Jubilee” on the Home Counties Railway Society’s “Mendip Rail Tour”. We then visit the Cheddar Valley line, the branch to Bulford, and a number of long forgotten branch lines including Winchester Chesil, Coaley Junction, Stonehouse, Hayling Island and Newton Tony.

The second half of the programme covers a  number of visits by Gresley Pacifics on special trains to the West Country including  Mallard, Flying Scotsmam and St. Simon.
